We are 100% virtual. The beautiful thing about Functional Medicine and our functional approach is that it can be done from ANYWHERE in NEW YORK! Can Functional Wellness Community Health NP Be My Primary Care Provider?
No, but we can work closely with your PCP with our root cause resolution approach to healthcare and providing support to your long term health and well being.
Our Focus on the underlying factors contributing to your health concerns allows for improvement of existing conditions as well as offering preventative care by identifying and preventing risk factors that may affect your health in the future.
Do You Accept Insurance?
Unfortunately, no. We are a cash-based practice and do not accept insurance. We can provide a superbill upon request for possible out-of-network coverage.

Absolutely!
